How To Tone Your Arms With Skull Crushers
I have decided to evaluate every arm exercise that has the potential to tone up the female arm so that you don’t have to go through the same mind-numbing research.
I have decided to do this so that you don’t have to spend all the time doing it yourself. After all, the more time you have for getting toned arms, the faster you’ll get them.
The main issue here is the sheer quantity of information. Some of which will set you back many steps. And how are you supposed to decipher which information is good and which is bad?
Don’t worry, I have you covered. I have already spent a large portion of my career gathering the facts. Thus, here is a review of skull crushers (aka lying triceps extensions) to tone up female arms:
1. Snap shot: Lots of people in gyms around the world do this exercise. And for good reason-it works. But there is one thing that most fitness buffs overlook: elbow strain.
2. Technique quick-start: Find a stable bench to do the exercise on. Grasp an ez-bar and lie down. Keep your arms parallel to each other and perpendicular to the floor. While keeping your elbows locked in place slowly lower the bar to your forehead. Return it to the starting position.
3. Frequent errors: Letting the elbows and forearms shift around. Allowing the back to bend excessively. And continually pushing the ez-bar back up after the triceps have fatigued. Doing this can cause serious elbow pain.
4. Bottom line: This is a great exercise to tone the female arm. The main drawbacks are that you have to use very strict form and you really can’t go heavy if you’re lifting by yourself. I would recommend a little experimentation to see how your elbows feel when doing this exercise.
Every female body will be structurally different. Some exercises will work for you, others won’t. And don’t expect what works for your friend to necessarily work for you. Experimentation is key here if you really want to tone arms. Having said that, there are certain ineffective exercises that you should EXCLUDE from the get go. So don’t miss any of my reviews!
One more thing: don’t let this information sit in your head. If you do, you will most likely forget what you have learned.
